Everything we do and believe in is about helping people to be more connected, more self-aware and inspired in their work and lives. Creating a more connected and compassionate world strengthens communities by helping people understand themselves and others better, and inspiring them to make a positive difference in everything they do, in their own way. As leaders in people development, we want to enable positive behaviour change and help people grow and transform through our accessible, user friendly, and sustainable products.

How IF helps

The gift of Insights Discovery.

Our vision is to enable charitable organisations, working within areas of social need in the UK and overseas, to build more connected and compassionate communities through the gift of our bespoke development solutions.

We provide individuals, charities, not-for-profit organisations, and community groups working in areas of social with the tools to educate and facilitate transformational change in the workplace and home. The Insights Foundation’s global and visionary team works with leaders in education, wellbeing, youth, and welfare organisations through the gift of Insights Discovery.

Gender Pay Gap Report

At Insights, we are the difference. Everything we do is about helping people to connect, be more self-aware and be inspired in all areas of their lives. We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive place of work. Our initial gender pay gap report has established what is working and shines a light on areas where we need to improve. We have a strong representation of women across Insights, making up over half of our employees, and we are already taking steps to actively address areas in the report where we could be doing better.
