The accolade celebrates businesses that demonstrate exceptional strategy, strong leadership, commitment to talent development and consistent business performance. The winners were honoured at an exclusive awards evening at the McLaren Technology Centre in Woking on 12 June 2025.

Eligible companies must be privately owned, UK-based, and demonstrate superior performance over the past three years. The judges consistently praised Insights’ strong purpose-led approach, innovative use of technology, and commitment to its people.
Over the three years assessed, Insights’ turnover has increased by 47% and profitability by an impressive 57%—this is fuelled by strategic expansion across Asia Pacific including new operations in India, Vietnam, Singapore, and Australia and investment in digital innovation. The launch of the Insights Discovery API allows clients to integrate powerful self-awareness tools directly into their own systems, providing data-driven, personalised learning experiences at scale.
